Thierry grew up playing basketball in Ste-Foy, Quebec City. After playing all through his childhood, he was invited to the 2019 NBA Academy games before being approached by multiple colleges across America. Thierry is now evolving at Vanier College in Montreal pursuing his NBA dream. He became a true role model for players growing up in Ste-Foy.
Ste-Foy is a place filled with cultural diversity where differences do not exist. Everyone is united and helping each other to be successful, no matter what you want to do in life. Of all the sports that are played, basketball plays the biggest role. By going to the park, rivalries are put aside and no matter your age or gender, you will be included with others. “Rise from the S.” represents the atmosphere in one of many basketball courts in Ste-Foy. Young people from all over the city who come together to have a good time while pushing their limits.
